Local call service includes regular local calls and ISDN PRI. PRI provides T1/E1 high-quality digital lines. Through PRI, the telecom data center can directly connect to the user end, ensuring high-efficiency and stable voice quality. Functionality is the same as local calls, making it suitable for businesses with high volumes of voice communications.

(2). Business User: Terminal equipment installed in profit-seeking enterprises or entities not classified as non-profit. Final classification is determined by the company based on the installation site and nature of use.
