To protect copyright and plate rights, the Company hereby announces the following protection measures in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Copyright Act:
1. Users shall respect the copyrights and plate rights of others. You are strictly prohibited from illegally reposting, uploading, or downloading any audio, video, images, music, articles, or any other content that has not been legally authorized or that infringes upon the copyrights or plate rights of third parties.
Upon receiving notification from a right holder alleging that a User has infringed upon their copyright, the Company will process the matter in accordance with the law. Furthermore, in the event that a User is accused of copyright infringement by right holders on three separate occasions, the Company reserves the right to terminate all or part of the services provided to said User in accordance with applicable laws.
2. If a right holder discovers that a user of the Company has infringed upon their copyright, please provide a written notification containing the following information:
The name (or entity name) of the copyright holder or their authorized agent, including the contact address, telephone number, fax number, email address, or other automated contact information.
The name or title of the infringed work or plate.
A formal statement requesting the removal of the allegedly infringing content that infringes copyrights or plate rights or the disabling of access to said content.
Sufficient information to enable the Company to identify the allegedly infringing content, including its specific access path (e.g., URL).
A statement that the right holder has a good faith belief that the use of the content in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright holder or is in violation of the Copyright Act.
A statement confirming that the information in the notification is accurate, with an acknowledgment that the right holder shall be legally liable for any damages caused to others due to any misrepresentation or false statements.
