- For circuits with speeds of 2.048M and below, the minimum lease period is one month. For project-based data circuits, the minimum lease period is six months. For data circuits with speeds of 45M and above, the minimum lease period is one year. If the service is terminated before the minimum lease period at the same installation site, the remaining monthly fees for the period must be paid in full.
- A security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required for project-based construction to guarantee all incurred costs. Upon service termination, the company may use this deposit to offset any outstanding fees; any remaining balance will be refunded without interest.
- Monthly fees for circuits with speeds of 45M and above are calculated based on the linear distance between the user’s Point A and Point B.
- For dual-port CSU/DSU requirements, an additional 1,200 monthly fee applies on top of the rates listed above.

Billing Regulations:
- Long-distance data circuit monthly fees are based on a three-level nationwide classification. Categorization details are provided in the Level Comparison Table.
- For both local segments of a long-distance data circuit, the monthly fee is calculated at a 50% discount of the standard Local Data Circuit rate.
- For both local segments of a long-distance data circuit, the connection fee is charged based on the standard Local Data Circuit connection rate.
