Usage fees are calculated based on the actual calling and receiving locations and duration, according to current local, domestic long-distance, and mobile rates. The local communication service area refers to a single designated local zone within Taiwan. Domestic long-distance communication refers to calls between different designated zones. Service areas are determined according to the announcements of the National Communications Commission (NCC).
*Note 2 The security deposit is waived for government agencies, schools, public enterprises and their employees, or users of our local telephone services who have a minimum of six months of service with no record of overdue payments.

If a phone number is changed or suspended in accordance with the company's Terms of Service, a free Call Intercept Service will be provided for two months following the change. Upon expiration of the free period, users may apply for an extension of the intercept service for a fee, subject to actual availability.

(1) Companies registered under the same Unified Business Number (UBN).
(2) Government organizations under the same registration ID.
(3) Individuals under the same National ID number.
Users meeting any of the above criteria for the Multi-functional Toll-Free Service are eligible for discounts when monthly domestic long-distance and mobile usage reaches the specified tiers.
